SwimHut.com delivers within the UK, the Channel Islands and the Republic of Ireland. We also deliver to Europe, USA and Canada.
UK & the Channel Islands
SwimHut.com offers you a choice when it comes to delivering your order in the UK & the Channel Islands. We use the Royal Mail recorded delivery service and all orders MUST be signed for upon delivery. All our orders are tracked to ensure that they arrive at their destination within the required timescales.
Second Class Royal Mail Recorded Delivery for £2.75 to have your order delivered between 3-5 working days
First Class Royal Mail Recorded Delivery for £4.00 to have your order delivered between 1-3 working days.
NEXT DAY Royal Mail Special Delivery for £7.50 to have your order delivered the next working Day by 1pm. Order must be placed before 12 noon the previous day (Monday -Thursday) see notes below for orders placed after 12 noon on a Friday and over the weekend.
A signature is required for all SwimHut deliveries. You can instruct us to accept a third party signature e.g. work address or neighbour, however in these circumstances where we can provide proof of delivery, no liability of loss can be accepted by SwimHut Limited. We are unable to leave packages in porches, sheds etc. without a signature.
NEXT DAY DELIVERIES
SwimHut guarantees next day delivery before 1pm to all UK areas for £7.50 as long as the order is received before 12 noon the previous day (Monday - Thursday) Please note an order for OVERNIGHT DELIVERY received before 12 noon on a Friday will be delivered on the following Monday before 1pm. Orders for OVERNIGHT DELIVERY made after 12 noon on a Friday or over the weekend will be despatched on Monday for delivery Tuesday before 1pm.
If you have any instructions for your delivery e.g. ‘If out can be left with neighbour at No.15’ then please complete ‘Special delivery instructions’ when checking out your order. Remember that a signature will be required for all deliveries so items cannot be left outside properties.
If you are out when delivery is attempted
If you are not in to receive your SwimHut.com order a card will be left advising you that delivery has been attempted. This will contain the information you need to collect the package from your local Royal Mail delivery office or rearrange delivery.
Deliveries to the Republic of Ireland
SwimHut accepts customer registrations and orders from the Republic of Ireland. Please use 0000 as post code.
There is a standard delivery charge of £5.00 (deliveries take up to 4 working days) and the delivery cost of all and any returns and exchanges must be paid by the customer. No Overnight Delivery service is available to the Republic of Ireland.
Deliveries to other European countries
SwimHut accepts customer registrations and orders from the following other European countries:
Andorra, Austria, Azores, Balearic Islands, Belgium, Canary Islands, Corsica, Denmark, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Madeira, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland
There is a standard delivery charge of £8 (deliveries take up to 5 working days) and the delivery cost of all and any returns and exchanges must be paid by the customer. No Overnight Delivery service is available to Europe.
Deliveries to other countries
SwimHut accepts customer registrations and orders from the USA, Brazil, Canada, Hong Kong, Malaysia, New Zealand & Singapore
There is a standard delivery charge of £9 (deliveries take up to 5 working days) and the delivery cost of all and any returns and exchanges must be paid by the customer. No Overnight Delivery service is available for these countries.
