All orders received between 12 noon Friday 23 May and 10am Tuesday 27 May will be despatched on Tuesday 27 May. Overnight deliveries requested during this period will be delivered before 1pm on Wednesday 28 May.

UK & the Channel Islands

SwimHut.com offers you a choice when it comes to delivering your order in the UK & the Channel Islands via Royal Mail.

You can choose FREE DELIVERY which means that your order will reach you within 3 to 5 working days free of charge.

You can choose to pay £3 to have your order delivered First Class Recorded Delivery and arrive within 1 to 3 days.

You can choose NEXT DAY DELIVERY which is guaranteed for just £6.50 (excluding weekends).

A signature is required for all SwimHut deliveries. You can instruct us to accept a third party signature e.g. work address or neighbour, however in these circumstances where we can provide proof of delivery, no liability of loss can be accepted by SwimHut Limited. We are unable to leave packages in porches, sheds etc. without a signature.

OVERNIGHT DELIVERIES

SwimHut guarantees next day delivery before 1pm to all UK areas for £6.50 as long as the order is received before 10am the previous day. Please note an order for OVERNIGHT DELIVERY received before 10am on a Friday will be delivered on the following Monday before 1pm. Although sometimes these deliveries will be made on a Saturday, this is NOT guaranteed. Orders for OVERNIGHT DELIVERY made over the weekend will be despatched on Monday for delivery Tuesday before 1pm.

If you have any instructions for your delivery e.g. ‘If out can be left with neighbour at No.15’ then please complete ‘Special delivery instructions’ when checking out your order. Remember that a signature will be required for all deliveries so items cannot be left outside properties.

If you are out - for all delivery options a note will be left by the Post Office if you are not in to receive your order. You will be able to collect the package from your nearest Royal Mail sorting office or you can call your local delivery office and arrange an alternative delivery date. The Post Office will keep packages for up to 5 working days after which time it will be returned to SwimHut if not collected. Please make sure you collect the package within this timeframe to avoid unnecessary delays in receiving your order.

Deliveries to the Republic of Ireland

SwimHut accepts customer registrations and orders from the Republic of Ireland.

There is a standard delivery charge of £4.50 (deliveries take up to 4 working days) and the delivery cost of any returns and exchanges must be paid by the customer. No Overnight Delivery service is available to the Republic of Ireland.
