We want you to feel good about buying swimwear so we’ve outlined below some general pointers to help you select the right style to suit your particular shape. Remember almost all SwimHut bikini and tankini tops and pants are sized separately so you can select the right combination and make sure you get the perfect fit for both.

If you're pear-shaped...

Don’t be afraid to show more not less of your hips and legs. Although banded pants give you extra coverage and flexibility, making legs longer and leaner and giving definition to the waistline, tie side pants can often give you a more streamlined shape and take the focus away from the hip area. Also try a darker coloured pant with brighter top to flatter the figure - a reversible bikini gives you all the options you need. Step 2. Measure your body properly

At SwimHut we assess sizes across all our brands to make the buying process as simple as possible for you and then allocate any US or European sizes to appropriate UK sizes 8 to 24. All styles are sold in UK sizes.

Remember our brands come from the US, Australia & Europe so the items you receive may well have different sizes on them to those expected from your order. Try the items since we often make adjustments due to small or large sizing by the different manufacturers.

BUST :
Measure around the fullest part of the bust and back, keeping arms at your sides, keeping tape level.

WAIST :
Measure around the narrowest part of the waist. Try bending to the side to find the natural indent.

HIPS :
Measure around the fullest part of your hips, keeping legs together and tape level.
